I got drunk again on Saturday night, and ended up staying awake until somewhere between 6:30 and 7:00. I ended up passing out on the couch with two of my friend’s girlfriends laying on me. I woke up at 7:30 and crashed out until 1 something. I had a pretty mean hangover, but it’s all good now. I awoke to my buddy Howard asking me to pick him up for his lunch. So I get in my car in a daze, and start to drive down the street when guess what? I got a flat. I already had a slow leak in one of my tires, and it decided to take a shit. Ah well. What are you going to do right? Anyway, my dad came out to visit, and also to bring me my printer for my Dell (it was on back order). So I hooked that up, and despite the fact that it looks cheap, it’s actually a pretty decent printer. And it turns out that the art program software that was supposed to be already loaded on my system came with the printer. So I do have a decent art program now. Maybe I’ll make up a new banner or something. Other than that, we watched a couple of movies, and played around with my computer. I did a lot of much needed tweaking to my system, some of which I knew how to do, and other stuff that my dad showed me. He’s pretty good with computers despite being old (heh heh). Yeah, we watched the movie “The Villiage”, and what I heard about it was pretty much right. It was a mixed bag. Not scary at all, and towards the end it’s like they really didn’t know how to end it, so the ending was pretty lame. Later on in the evening we watched Van Helsing, which I own, but he hadn’t seen it. So we gave that a spin, and then he took off. He should actually be close to home by now. That was pretty much my day.

I put my friend’s 15″ sub in my car Saturday night also, and man, does that fucker hit hard. At half volume, it hits just as hard as my 12″ did. The funny part is that it looks like shit (it has JB Weld on it for christ’s sake), but still works like a champ. So I’m pretty happy about that. It’ll definitely make due until I can afford to get a new one. Maybe this time I’ll go with a 15″ as well. We’ll see.

On the itinerary for later today (after I get some sleep): 1) Call the unemployment office and get that shit started. I need some sort of income. 2) Take my rim off, take it somewhere (probably pep boys) to get a new tire put on, and put that back on my car. 3) Do some laundry. 4) Start to look for work. I was supposed to be getting my tattoo finished sometime around now, but I talked to my artist on Saturday and he said that he won’t be able to do it until after the 22nd. So that will have to wait I guess. Since I am unemployed, and I have a little extra time on my hands, I want to try and look into some freelance work, or whatever I can do to make money online. I really would like to turn something like that into my full time job, but I don’t know if I’ll be able to pull it off or not.

As far as site news goes, I haven’t really done anything since Saturday. I added a couple of links to the sidebar, but that’s about it. I still have some other projects in the works, so keep checking back. One last thing: This is disturbing. Apparently there are some people out there just asking for STD’s.
