By The Numbers: Week 6, 2016

Another week is in the books, and my Packers are still struggling, but looking pretty good. I’ll say that having the #1 run defense in the league is not something I would have believed if you would have told me that coming into the season. They haven’t really face a premier back outside of Adrian Peterson though, and his injury came during the only loss of the season thus far. He still got held to a low number of yards regardless. The young defense is looking fantastic, and that’s a good sign for the remainder of the season. The offense is still struggling though. Players like Davante Adams just keep pissing me off. The fact that the kid is young is one thing, but time and again they keep him on the team, on the field, and it’s always a 50-50 proposition. One minute I’m cussing this guy out, and the next he make an amazing grab, a touchdown, or what have you. I still think we have depth to throw him down a notch or two and let a more consistent player take his spot. Then again, I felt this way about James Jones a few years ago, and then he actually started putting in work. So maybe I’ll eat those words. Jordy has been doing well though, so that’s always a plus, Cobb is old reliable, and Lacy has been running well. I think once this team really gels, things will be great. Knocking the Bradford-led Vikings off of their pedestal atop the North might not be so easy though. I don’t really give a shit about the other teams, so let’s just get on with my picks for the week:
